Pisco Nights (1 to 30 November) 
Bar Stories’ Boom Boom Lemon
While there isn’t a vaccinated travel lane between Singapore and Peru yet, you can opt for the next best thing - the return of Pisco Nights. A celebration of Peru presented by PROMPERÚ, the export and tourism agency for Peru, Pisco Nights takes place from 1 to 30 November, as a precursor to the Singapore Cocktail Festival.A grape distilled spirit that is native to Peru, Peruvian Pisco is so intrinsically linked with the country’s identity that it has been coined as the country’s national spirit. On its own, Pisco is a versatile and floral brandy that can be enjoyed neat, or more commonly as a Pisco Sour. 
Stay Gold Flamingo’s Dual Harvest
Pisco Nights will feature eight acclaimed bars presenting delicious and innovative Pisco cocktails, such as Neon Pigeon’s Potente Tokio, prepared with Pisco Quebranta, Japanese barrel-aged umeshu and a housemade shiso cordial, which adds a contrast to the grassy notes from the Quebranta grape. Look forward to The Figure Head, a Tiki-style cocktail inspired by an annual Peruvian New Year tradition for good fortune, presented by local favorite Hopscotch. The drink is prepared with honeysuckle-infused Pisco Torontel, green apple, melon liqueur, orgeat, lime juice, aromatic bitters and burnt rosemary. To all thirsty tipplers out there who have been sorely missing the nightlife scene, yes, Singapore Cocktail Festival (SGCF) is back to quench your thirst. Returning with the second run of its City Takeover from 12 November to 12 December 2021, Asia’s largest celebration of cocktails offers over 60 events on its festival calendar, including boozy cocktail brunches, bar crawls and an inaugural collaboration with London Cocktail Week (LCW).

If cocktails for breakfast sound like your kind of wonderful, you don’t want to miss this. For five weekends from 13 November to 12 December, 10 participating bars will be taking turns to impress epicureans in a cocktail brunch showdown. And just when you think bar crawls can’t get any better, wait till you experience Singapore Cocktail Festival’s first ever collaboration with London Cocktail Week. The Taste of London bar crawl will temporarily quench your thirst for wanderlust, as it pairs six Singapore bars with London venues to present their signature drinks: Ah Sam Cold Drink Stall and Behind This Wall; Bar Stories and Eve Bar; Junior The Pocket Bar with Happiness Forgets; Manhattan with Artesian; No Sleep Club and Three Sheets; and The Elephant Room with Coupette.
